Support builds for curling club repair fund
Donations are beginning to roll in for the Slave Lake curling club, leading President Chris Jones to applaud the community support. Last week a $1,000 donation from SL Ford boosted those totals just over the $20,000 mark.

Hockey teams finish season with Timbits
Information about Slave Lake teams in the Tim Horton’s Timbit Tournament of Nations the first weekend of April is a bit sketchy, but we were able to collect a couple of pictures and results for three of the participating teams.
