Storm win two
After a rocky start to the season, the Slave Lake Storm fastball team bounced back with a win in their third game of the season last Wednesday. Combined with two points from a forfeit on Monday, they now own a respectable record of two wins and one loss in the High Prairie Ladies Fastball League.

Colts still undefeated in mens league baseball
In the clash of undefeated teams in the Southshore Men’s Baseball League last week, the Colts won the day. Behind Darin Bumgarner’s three-hit pitching, they beat the Cardinals 5 – 0 and grabbed first place for themselves.
