Are big footprints bigfoot prints?
Nobody wants to talk openly about the footprints found in the bush near the Blue Sky Road, 60 kilometres north of town. There’s a certain reluctance to having one’s name attached to a story about one of North America’s most enduring mysteries, the existence of Bigfoot.

Kinuso arm wrestler a provincial champ
Lee Saitz of Kinuso is the provincial arm-wrestling champion in his weight class. Saitz, 33, beat all comers at the provincials in Ft. McMurray on June 5.
Wolves reward their best
The Slave Lake Wolves Junior ‘B’ hockey team put the finishing touches on its 2004/05 season recently with an awards banquet. It was a bit later than usual, being only about 90 days shy of the start of the next season.
