A field of about 50 people sets off in the annual Terry Fox Run from Schurter Park in Slave Lake on Sunday. The annual cancer fundraiser takes place on the same day in hundreds of communities across Canada. Since the first run in 1981, participants have raised over $400 million for research into cancer cures and prevention.
