Born:  Ralph Gebers passed away on August 15, 2011 in Slave Lake, Alberta, surrounded by his wife and four girls after facing years of health challenges that he battled with courage, strength and a sense of humour. To carry on his memory he leaves his wife of 25 years Rossanne, his four incredible daughters Amanda (Lowell) Matin, Katelyn, Shannon and Meagan and his mother Doreen and sisters Myrna Gebers and Jann (Gavin) Thulien. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and amazing friends. He was predeceased by his father Myron (Mike) Gebers. Ralph's family would like to thank Dr. Kasavan and other doctors who provided care for Ralph over the years. We would also like to thank the Slave Lake hospital staff, EMT's and Air Ambulance staff who have provided excellent care and support to both Ralph and his family. Thank you to all of our friends and family for everything that you have done for us. Ralph has left us with many great stories to share. A celebration of his life was held on his 52nd birthday, October 14, 2011, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Didsbury, Alberta. | |||||||||||||||||||
