Born: Oct. 15, 1957 ![]() Sadly, Bob Lamoureux passed away Sept. 29, 2008 suddenly. Bob was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Oct. 15, 1957, moving to B.C. in the mid-eighties. He met Ragan Thompson and together they moved to Slave Lake, Alberta, to start their life together. Bob worked hard to get his Chef papers and was employed for many years at the Northwest Inn. He loved the fast pace and all of his co-workers. Needing a change, he went on to work at Tolko, working there 13 years until it’s closure. He was working at Deuce at the time of his death, which he really enjoyed. He was always so happy to learn new jobs and always tried his best. In life, Bob was loved and made everyone he met laugh. He enjoyed hockey, golf, playing cards and was never afraid to try something new. Time spent with his family was very important to him and we will miss his humor and unconditional love. Predeceased by his parents and brother Brian, left to mourn are his loving wife Ragan; children Renae and Randy, sister Bonnie (Dan) of Rossland, B.C.; nieces Sharlene, Catherine and nephew Jamie. No service by request. If friends wish to do so, donations may be made to: The Autism Society of Edmonton, 101, 11720 Kingsway Ave., Edmonton, AB T5G 0X5 | |||||||||||||||||||
