Born: December 29, 1940  The death of William Lukan came as a tragic surprise to us at The Lakeside Leader. Billy was a father, a generous community mogul, a titan of industry and a genuine character. He truly was one of a kind and his accomplishments could not and should not be summed up in a few simple paragraphs. In order to do justice to the man who left such a mark on our community, and the lives he touched.
