Luttmer, Tyja

Born: December 13, 1916
Passed: November 28, 2008




Tyja Luttmer passed away peacefully in Slave Lake on Nov. 28 2008 with her family by her side.
Tyja, born Dec. 13 1916, was predeceased by her husband, Bernard William (1967) and her daughter Barbara Clara and son in law Hans Ackermann (1994 ).
She is survived by her loving family, Oskar Nock, Bernard Luttmer (Jean), Max Nock (Mary Ann) grandchildren Kim (Howard), Dean ( Linda) , Jill (Calvin), Katherine ( John) , Carol, Bernard ( Nadia) and great grand children, Sebastian, Kassandra,Tyja, Sam, Eileen, Clara and John. Tyja came to Edmonton from Holland in 1959. She moved to Slave Lake with Oskar in 1981, where they bought a home in which Oskar currently resides. Tyja was active with the senior centre for many years and well known for her donations of fine needle work and crafts. A celebration of Tyja's life was held at Northwest Inn on Nov. 30 2008. Tyja will be dearly missed by her family and friends in Slave Lake.
