Born: June 13, 1956  It is with great sadness that we, the family of Terry Sloan, wish to announce his passing. After a difficult battle with cancer, Terry left us peacefully at the age of 51 years. He is survived by his loving wife Lynda of 28 years, his daughter Terilyn and her husband Mike Ames, daughter Andrea and her fiance Jay Krickan, son Thomas and his girlfriend Laurell; all of Slave Lake, AB. Also, his brother Kevin Sloan of Sherwood Park, AB, brother Anthony Sloan and his parents, Leo and Viney Sloan of Kinuso, AB. He is also survived by his two precious grandchildren, Mikayla and Brayden Ames of Slave Lake, AB. Terry has also left behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many wonderful friends. A celebration of Terry’s life was held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2007 at the Gathering Place in Slave Lake, AB. “You will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
