On Dec. 2, 2007, Rita Rose Mandel of Slave Lake and Bella Coola, British Columbia, suddenly passed away at the young age of 56 years.
Rita loved life and lived it to the fullest.
Rita had many family and friends who will miss her greatly. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her mother Mary Virginia Potskin, children Shawn Auger (Chester), Karl Mandel (Karen) and Bruce Poitras; grandchildren Bailey Mandel, Kaylee Mandel, brothers and sisters Jean B. Potskin, Elizabeth Poitras (Homer), Alfred Potskin, (Linda), Lily Potskin (Alan), Judy Potskin (Metro), Harriett Potskin, Albert Potskin (Rose), Marcie Potskin (Lorne) and Christian Potskin. Also her uncle Henry Potskin as well as many nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
Rita was pre-deceased by her father Albert Potskin, sisters Mary Ground, Germaine Potskin and Clara Loyer, brothers Sylvester Potskin, Angus Kenneth Potskin and Robert Jack Auger.
