Cardinal, Simon Moise

Simon Cardinal of Wabasca, Alberta was born Aug. 31th, 1919 and passed away on Jan. 20, 2005 at the age of 85 years.

He leaves to mourn, his aunt Margaret Stoney, his brother John Cardinal, seven sisters, Alice Wanuch (George), Rosemary Woods (Bill), Ida Supernault, Madeline Ducharme, Florence Cardinal, Jenny Bowles (George), Mathilda Auger (Sylvester) as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Simon was predeceased by his parents Veronique and Jean Cardinal, grandparents Rosalie and Moise Decoine, sister Lucy Cardinal and nephew Don Cardinal..

Funeral service was held at the St. Peter Celestine Church in Slave Lake on Wed., Jan. 26th, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Father Garry Laboucane officiating. Interment was at the Slave Lake Cemetery.

The family of Simon Moise Cardinal wish to express their gratitude for the many kindnesses, deeds and support for our loss.
