Carol Baker lines up another toss at the Slave Lake Legion’s season-ending darts tournament on May 6. Turnout for the event was lower than expected, thanks probably to communities around the region being threatened by wildfires. Baker says both doubles and singles were played, with results as follows: In doubles, Dixon Twin and James Olanski (from High Prairie) finished first, with Terry Triskle and Michelle Labonte in second place. In singles, Dixon Twin was first, Eric Weston second and Triskle was third.
