Several of Whitecap Chev Buick GMC’s techs received recognition recently through the GM Tech Guild Program. According to Jill Gongos of Whitecap, “the Guild Awards are General Motors’ Achievement Awards for courses/tests taken throughout the year as part of the Tech Guild Program. Our Techs never stop with their training and the awards reflect that. Also, our Customer Satisfaction results play a part in how they rank every year.”
