Dustin passed away suddenly on October 1 in Faust, Alberta at the age of 20 years. Born and raised in Slave Lake, Dustin is survived by: Mother (Donna Mae Kuhberg) – Daniel Kuhberg, Lyndon Kuhberg, Lexus Kuhberg Father (Trever Basil Schmode) – Taylor Schmode, Grandparents – Carl Kuhberg, Carol Thera, and Phyllis & Ron Grocholski, Aunties – Anna Kuhberg, Mitchell Mitchell, Jody Kuhberg, Cousins – Christopher Lafoy, Cory Lafoy, Brandon Mitchell, Mandee Mitchell, Carleen Lehr, Cora Turco, and numerous extended family and friends. Dustin is pre-deceased by Grandfather (Basil Schmode) Grandmother ( Eilleen Kuhberg) Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. October 9, 2014 at the Abundant Life Worship Center (109 3rd Ave NE, Slave Lake).
