Pub night and registration kicks off curling

Singles, doubles, pros and average Joes

Fall means curling is right around the corner. The Slave Lake Curling Club is gearing up for another great season.
Come on out for Pub Night and Registration on Friday, October the 13th at 7:00 p.m. We take teams, singles, doubles, pros and average Joes. Oct 20th, come one come all for a learn-to-curl session. Great for those that want to try us out, or returning players looking to get back in the hack. We have all the gear you need to try it. Just make sure you have clean indoor shoes.
Curling is a great winter sport. It keeps you active and lets you meet new people. But the best part is the cost. On average in Alberta, curling ranks lowest in per hour cost for sport at $9.27. No I didn’t make that up. Bar tab and questionable decisions not included. Shhh!
Our facility lounge is fully licensed with big screen TV to watch your favourite sporting events before or after the game. We have plenty of table space to relax and talk about the great shots made while enjoying the lowest drink prices in town.
So please come out on October 13th and get to know us. Maybe get to sweep with new people.
