The Roland Michener Secondary School Rams sent three teams – boys, girls, and mixed – to provincials on March 1 to 3 in St. Paul.

Of the three, the boys did the best winning one game and losing three. The Ram boys were sixth out of 10 teams.

“They had two very close games with Cochrane and Manning,” says Rams coach Brandon Rubisch.

The mixed and girls teams both had a record of zero and four, and were ninth out of 10 teams.

The mixed team “had a very close nine to eight game with Lethbridge,” says Rubisch.

The girls team “had some very tough competition this week,” he adds.

Provincials wraps up curling for the Rams.

Rubisch says, “We are looking forward to next year already and will use this provincial experience as something to build on and use for the future!”
