Around 40 people ran in the fifth annual KidSport Trail Run and Walk on Sunday, September 8. It is a five and 10 km race on the Freighter Lakeshore Trail, starting at Devonshire Beach parking lot. It raises money for KidSport. KidSport pays sports fees and other costs for children who otherwise wouldn’t be able to participate in sports in Slave Lake.
