The Slave Lake Motocross Association hosted a ‘ride school’ at its Flat Top track south of Slave Lake on June 28. Twenty-five people signed up for the session, which was conducted by Seven 1 Racing. Luke Vondermuhll of the SLMA says participants came from all over northern and central Alberta, and it was “a very successful weekend.” The club is hosting a weekend of races Aug. 16 and 17, with the Alberta Vet Motocross Association. Admission is free.
