The North Shore Trail got a few hours-worth of attention by a group of volunteers on Jan. 21. The Woods & Water Recreational Trails Association, along with a few others, cleared fallen or leaning trees and brush off the trail. The next such brush-clearing work bee is planned for sometime in the spring. The group is also hoping to get some drainage improvements done along the route this year.
